5. PRICING
All prices displayed on the Website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

6. PAYMENT

10. BESPOKE PRODUCTS
10.1 Definition
Bespoke Products include:
•Custom jewellery
•Modified watches
•Custom stone selections
•Custom metal selections
•Engraved items
•Made-to-order pieces
•One-of-one creations
10.2 Design Approval
Customers shall be provided with design information prior to manufacture where applicable.
Customers shall have:
72 hours
to approve, amend or reject the proposed design.
If no response is received within 72 hours, the design shall be deemed approved.
10.3 Cancellation Rights
Under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke and personalised goods are exempt from standard cancellation rights.
Accordingly:
•Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
•Deposits become non-refundable once manufacture commences.
•Bespoke goods are not eligible for return merely because the Customer changes their mind.
10.3 Cancellation Rights
Under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke and personalised goods are exempt from standard cancellation rights.
Accordingly:
•Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
•Deposits become non-refundable once manufacture commences.
•Bespoke goods are not eligible for return merely because the Customer changes their mind.
11. RETURNS POLICY
Standard Products
Where applicable under UK consumer law, Customers may exercise statutory rights regarding eligible products.
Returned products must:
•Be unused
•Be unworn
•Be in original condition
•Include all packaging and documentation
Bespoke Products
Bespoke Products are non-returnable unless:
•They arrive damaged; or
•They contain a genuine manufacturing defect.
12. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
Customers must notify the Company within:
30 days of discovering a defect.
Notification must include:
•Photographs
•Written description
•Order details
The Company reserves the right to inspect the item before determining liability.
13. INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT
The Company reserves the right to require inspection by:
•An independent jeweller;
•An independent watchmaker;
•A specialist repair centre; or
•A service provider nominated by the Company.
No refund or replacement decision shall be made until inspection is completed.
14. REPAIRS
Where a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, the Company may elect to:
•Repair the item;
•Replace the item; or
•Replace defective components.
Repair shall ordinarily be the first remedy offered.
15. REFUNDS
Refunds may be offered where:
•Repair is not possible; or
•Replacement is not possible; or
•The defect is substantial.
Refunds shall not be available because:
•The Customer changes their mind;
•The item has been worn;
•The Customer no longer likes the design;
•The item has been used for an event or production;
•The Customer wishes to upgrade or exchange after use.
Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
16. WARRANTY
Unless otherwise specified, products supplied by the Company include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
•Normal wear and tear
•Scratches
•Accidental damage
•Impact damage
•Water damage caused by misuse
•Unauthorised repair
•Alterations by third parties
Warranty periods may vary between products.
17. PRODUCT USE
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used appropriately.
The Company shall not be liable for:

•Loss of earnings
